We provide care for children aged 3 months to 4 years 51 weeks of the year. Our opening times are 7.30am-6pm (excluding bank holidays) with all our rooms divided in to different ages and ratios. We're situated in the grounds of Horndean Technology College, and all sites are OFSTED registered.

Our Baby Bungalow, which age range is 3 months to 2 years, is at the front of the school in its own self-contained and secure building. Toddler room, which age range is 2-3years and Preschool which age range is 3-4 years are situated in a larger self-contained building on the other side of the main school.

Dimension Childcare

The welfare, safety and development of your children is paramount therefore each team member is appropriately trained and have relevant experience for the age range they work with. All our early years staff are level 3 qualified or above and are fully trained in safeguarding, paediatric first aid and food hygiene. They also have extensive knowledge of the EYFS curriculum which we follow. We have a dedicated SEN coordinator, as well as diverse training for specific needs and medical conditions.

Welcome

Welcome to Dimension Childcare. We are a nursery based in Horndean, in the grounds of Horndean Technology college. We provide care for children aged 3 months to 4 years 51 weeks of the year. Our opening times are 7.30am-6pm (excluding bank holidays) all sites are OFSTED registered.

We have an open door policy and encourage you to arrange a visit to discuss queries and answer any questions. As a busy setting we are constantly looking to develop and thrive, and pride ourselves on our relationships with families past and present.

Our ages

Dimension Childcare provide care for children aged 3 months to 4 years across three different rooms, all with suitably qualified staff for the age ranges. We have a separate Baby Bungalow, a Toddler room and a Preschool room. Each room or area has access to outdoor space which is utilised daily.

As of 22 July 2025, ‘Wraparound’ care is no longer operational at Dimension Childcare.
